MacKenzie Neeson

Huru International

MacKenzie Neeson is a passionate advocate for reproductive rights and reproductive justice, and has a keen interest in comprehensive sex education. She has worked in menstrual health and hygiene (MHH) for Huru International, a nonprofit focused on providing girls and young women in underserved communities in East Africa with quality menstrual products and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education. Her work at Huru centered around the intersections between menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, equity and access to quality information and products. MacKenzie received a certification in Gender Analysis from Colgate University.
